Coaching does not include:

Placing or executing trades
Providing trade signals or alerts
Making investment decisions for a participant
Guaranteeing profits or specific financial outcomes
Acting as a fiduciary, broker, dealer, or investment adviser

Participants remain solely responsible for their own research, decisions, and actions.

6. Scoping Methodology

Our educational materials may discuss analytical frameworks, market structure, technical concepts, fundamental concepts, risk-management principles, and other methods used to study financial markets.

Any methodology is presented for learning and research purposes only. Examples are illustrative and may not reflect current market conditions or actual results.

No methodology is represented as a guarantee of profitability or a reliable way to predict market movements.

7. Account Responsibility

You are solely responsible for any financial accounts, brokerage relationships, trading platforms, or other services you independently choose to use.

Relentless Enterprise does not request, receive, store, or control your brokerage credentials, account passwords, private keys, or trading funds.

We do not access, manage, monitor, or make decisions within your financial accounts.

8. Payments and Purchases

Fees for courses, educational materials, and optional coaching are displayed at the time of purchase.

By completing a purchase, you agree to pay the stated amount using an available payment method.

Unless otherwise stated, purchases provide access to the specific educational product or service described at checkout. We reserve the right to correct pricing or listing errors before fulfillment.

9. Masterclass Access & No-Refund Policy

The complete Masterclass training program, valued at $2,997, is provided free of charge upfront. All digital training materials, resources, and educational content are made available strictly “as is” and are intended for educational purposes only.

As no payment is required to access the Masterclass, no refunds, cancellations, credits, or chargebacks are applicable to the free training program or any associated digital materials.

By accessing or using the Masterclass, you acknowledge and agree to this 100% no-refund policy.

Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

10. Intellectual Property

All educational materials, including text, videos, graphics, presentations, worksheets, branding, and other content, are owned by or licensed to Relentless Enterprise unless otherwise stated.

Subject to these Terms, you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use purchased educational materials for your own learning.

You may not:

Copy or reproduce materials for commercial distribution
Resell, sublicense, or redistribute course contentTrading methodologies
Publish or upload materials without permission
Remove copyright or proprietary notices
Use our materials to create a competing commercial product without authorization
